For marinating:
400g chicken breast, cut into big strip
2 tbsp of peanut butter
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cooking caramel / thick soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
For cooking:
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup of water
Garnishing:
A handful of chopped scallion

- Marinate the chicken with all marinating ingredients and let is sit for at least 45 minutes.
- Then, heat your non stick cooking pan and add the oil.
- Place the each pieces of the chicken big strip into the oil and cook for each side (2 - 3 minutes for each side maybe).
- Then add the chopped onion and mix it well with the chicken.
- Add some water and the balance juice from the marinated chicken.
- Mix it well until the sauce is a bit dry and well coated the chicken.
- Then move the chicken into plating and garnish with chopped scallion.
